Depending on the specific conditions of each project and with reference to its specifications, we select one of several Revit templates that will best suit the project. We then begin to create a BIM model with various inputs such as government building codes, specifications, contract documents, equipment applications, LEED application, standard regional practices, etc. What makes Trident special is that you can assess the status of the project at any given stage and are strongly encouraged to join a weekly progress chart, including project managers, senior engineers, architects and the client representative.
Our Portfolio
During simulation, we validate the design to ensure performance, optimization, and maintenance. We assist our clients in developing construction documents for existing and new buildings, creating project schedules for them, and coordinating MEP projects with other disciplines.
Experienced engineers ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations applicable to the project.
The final model is created after all collisions have been resolved to avoid problems during actual construction.
Finally, we create shop drawings for installation purposes and spool drawings for prefabricated elements to ensure proper installation process on site. Our portfolio in this area will be provided upon request.
